Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline, more preferably in science
Minimum of 2 years of experience in PMCF data collection
Minimum of 1 year of experience conducting PMCF Surveys
Proven experience in managing quantitative projects with ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Confidence to manage UK and international projects from start to finish independently
Ability to create quantitative questionnaires from scratch, for checking by senior team members
Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
Experience in preparing findings in PowerPoint
A desire to take on higher-level responsibilities and grow within the role
Able to motivate and deliver through others

The role:
PPurdie Pascoe is currently seeking someone as a PMCF Manager, focusing predominantly on quantitative projects, to help strengthen our capabilities in providing post market clinical follow-up (PMCF) data on the safety and performance of our client’s medical device products.
You will help design the online quantitative surveys on a project-by-project basis and oversee these projects to support the clients’ needs. In addition to this, the role will include the collection and analysing of data, and the reporting for several of the leading global medical device manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal writing
Responsibility for the entire project once commissioned, acting as the Project Lead
Responsible for gathering requirements / objectives from the client & briefing the project team
Lead role in survey design, with support from PMCF Lead as required
Day-to-day management of fieldwork, including both supplier & client communication
Managing the data processing and coding with the Data Analysts
Act as the client contact throughout the project
Responsibility for checking / proof-reading any client deliverables prior to final approval from the PMCF Lead
Joining and participating in final client presentations
Other tasks
Helping with business development activities as and when appropriate
Team management responsibilities
Helping to onboard, develop & manage PMCF Executives
Managing of certain client accounts
Expectation to gain broad EU-MDR / PMCF knowledge
