Job Title: Quantitative Research Executive

Term: Permanent
Salary: £26,000-32,000 per annum depending on experience

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline, more preferably in science

  • Up to 2 years’ experience in market research or a PMCF related role, but not essential

  • Proficiency in quantitative research techniques

  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

  • Confidence to manage UK and international projects from start to finish independently

  • Ability to create quantitative questionnaires from scratch, for checking by senior team members

  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets

  • Experience in preparing findings in PowerPoint

  • A desire to take on higher-level responsibilities and grow within the role

  • Experience within the healthcare / medical device market is desired, however suitable alternatives will not be discounted

Summary:

Purdie Pascoe is currently seeking someone as a Research Executive, focusing predominantly on quantitative projects, to help strengthen our capabilities in providing post market clinical follow-up (PMCF) data on the safety and performance of our client’s medical device products.

You will help design the online quantitative surveys on a project-by-project basis and oversee these projects to support the clients’ needs. In addition to this, the role will include the collection and analysing of data, and the reporting for several of the leading global medical device manufacturers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects day-to-day, including fieldwork management (recruitment)

  • Design quantitative questionnaires

  • Analyse quantitative data (Excel and SPSS files)

  • Create reports in the format of PPT, Word Doc, Excel file

  • Contribute to company initiatives

  • Gain knowledge in Medical Device regulations
