Marianne Purdie, Director
Marianne has over 25 years of international healthcare market research experience, gained in both client-side and agency environments. She started her market research career with Upjohn, now part of Pfizer.
Debbie Higham, Research Director
Debbie has over 20 years of international healthcare market research experience. She started her market research career with NOP Healthcare in 1992, conducting and managing both qualitative and quantitative projects for global clients.
Lindsey Bernal, Research Director
Lindsey joined Purdie Pascoe in July 2009 from GfK HealthCare. She started at GfK NOP (then Milpro) in 1994, working in Marianne’s medical device-focused team for 4 years before moving to Martin Hamblin in 1998.
Sophie Baker, Research Director
Sophie started her international healthcare market research career in early 2005 with Medex Research, a market research agency specialising in medical device market research.
Marcus Torr, PMCF / MDR Lead
Marcus joined Purdie Pascoe in 2015, with a First Class MSci in Natural Sciences (Chemistry with Pharmacology) from the University of Bath.
Since joining he has rapidly gained experience and skill in quantitative research and has led, and grown, the PMCF team at Purdie Pascoe for the last four years, who provide PMCF survey solutions to the medical device industry to ensure EU-MDR compliance.
He has extensive knowledge in the specific requirements surrounding PMCF surveys, having overseen over 400 surveys for several of the leading global Medical Device manufacturers across a variety device types. These surveys have been approved by several of the leading Notified Bodies and consist of both end user general surveys and high-quality patient specific surveys.
Vanessa Slade, Research Director
Vanessa Slade joined Purdie Pascoe in 2021 as an Associate Director. She has a BSc (Hons) in Biology with Modern Language (Spanish) from the university of Manchester, which included a 10-month placement in the Ecology Department of the University of Barcelona.
Paolo Gambetti, Innovation Lead
Over the years, Paolo has gained experience in data analysis, advanced analytics, data visualization, dashboard creation, database management and web questionnaire programming. His areas of expertise include implementing solutions to automate data processing, reporting, making the flow from raw data to insight and reporting quicker and more reliable, specializing in longitudinal studies.
Dorian Amoah, Data Analytics Manager
Dorian started his career in the market research industry in 2019 in a hybrid role of survey programmer & project manager mainly focussed on quantitative studies. Since then his skillset has enhanced significantly and he is now a self-taught Forsta Surveys (previously known as Decipher) scripter.
Sebastian Newton, Associate Director
After completing a degree in Psychology at the University of Leeds, Seb started his career in 2016 at Adelphi Research where he gained experience in both a quantitative and qualitative setting. He has previously worked across a variety of therapy areas, although his main focus has been on respiratory diseases, diabetes, oncology and rheumatology. Seb joined Purdie Pascoe in 2021 following a role at a branding agency in Manchester.

Amy joined Purdie Pascoe in 2024 as Research Manager, with 9 years of market research experience.
Freya Lovely, Senior Research Executive
Freya joined Purdie Pascoe in 2021 as a Research Executive.
She holds a First Class BSc in Medical Sciences from the University of Leeds, which included a 15 month placement with Purdie Pascoe.

Rebecca joined Purdie Pascoe in 2024 as a Senior Research Executive. She was a finalist for the BOBI award for Best Use of Innovation in 2024.

Lindsey Cotterill, Operations Director
At Purdie Pascoe, Lindsey has focused on enhancing operational efficiency and implementing quality management processes. She has strengthened the company’s GDPR and data protection protocols and introduced systems to improve the client experience. Additionally, she has nurtured strong relationships with both clients and suppliers, ensuring a unified and high-quality approach to the company’s work.
Tonika Chester, PMCF Manager
Tonika joined Purdie Pascoe in 2019 as a Research Executive and predominantly supports our PMCF team.
She has a BSc in Biological Chemistry and an MSc (with distinction) in Biomedical and Molecular Sciences Research from King's College London.
Chris Webb, PMCF Manager
Chris joined Purdie Pascoe in 2019 as a Research Executive and predominantly supports our PMCF team.
He has a BSc in Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine from the University of Nottingham.

Prior to joining Purdie Pascoe, Martha has gained healthcare experience working as a Research Executive for Medical Device companies at Quomeda.
Priyal Sharma, Senior PMCF Medical Writer
Priyal joined Purdie Pascoe in 2023 as a Senior PMCF Medical Writer and predominantly supports our PMCF team.
She holds a Ph.D in Biotechnology, MSc, and a BSc (Hons) with distinction in each degree from Amity University. She was also awarded a silver medal for her Academic performance.
